As a lifelong teacher and expat, I help people cut through the noise — beyond the confusion, fads, and empty promises that saturate the internet — by blending my background in education with critical thinking, thorough analysis, and common-sense guidance to reconnect with real food.

Today, people are overwhelmed by diet advice. Every scroll brings a new “superfood,” a new “rule,” or a new influencer shouting the latest trend. Instead of clarity, most end up with anxiety and decision fatigue.
Rewildinside offers a calm, evidence-based reset: an approach grounded in nutritional science, filtered through my ability to evaluate claims with logic, balance, and practical insight. This is what I call “Re-feel the Roar Insight”—the courage to push past misinformation and rediscover food that energizes, heals, and simplifies life.
MY FOOD JOURNEY
My food journey began at the family table, where conversation and connection were as important as the food itself. My father, who worked in the processed meat and fish sector, taught me to read labels like a detective—pointing out which additives to avoid and why. My grandmother balanced that with the aroma of real food: spices, scratch-baked sweets, and tea served in porcelain cups. Together, they sparked my lifelong curiosity about how food shapes our health and our lives.
Living across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East expanded that awareness. From pavlovas in Ireland to spice feasts in India, to adapting Mediterranean staples after moving to Spain, my plate slowly shifted. Butter gave way to olive oil, vegetables and legumes became center stage, and food began to feel like energy and alignment rather than just tradition.
During COVID in Abu Dhabi, I deepened this journey. Tired, housebound, and in my late forties, I immersed myself in the science of fibre-rich, whole-food diets—discovering how they fuel mood, immunity, hormones, and vitality. My upbringing, cultural experiences, and educator’s lens all clicked into place.

That’s how Rewildinside was born: a coaching platform to help people cut through the overwhelming noise of diet culture. I combine critical thinking, thorough analysis, and common sense to filter out the fads and bring clarity back to food. Whether it’s decoding supermarket labels, building family-friendly habits, or rediscovering the joy of cooking, I help individuals and families rewild their table, their spirit, and their gut—with food that’s nourishing, doable, and real.
